The basics of using ReFood responsibly.
Using ReFood
ReFood connects people with surplus food to people who can use it. It does not process payments, operate as a marketplace, or guarantee that any food opportunity will be allocated.
Food safety
Providers are responsible for ensuring food is safe, accurately described and within date. Recipients are responsible for safe handling after collection.
Collection
Collection arrangements are made directly between participants. ReFood does not provide messaging, SMS, transport scheduling or logistics.
Misuse
Administrators may suspend, restrict or remove users who misuse the platform or breach its policies.
