Facilitated recovery
When food would otherwise be lost, the operator can list or request on behalf of someone and keep it moving (BR-032 to BR-035, BR-043).
The listing is clearly marked as facilitated recovery and counted separately in reports (BR-037).
Operators see contact details only for the opportunity they are acting on (BR-032).
Use this when a surplus is at risk of expiring and no registered recipient has asked. The provider is notified.
